Wildcat Pressure Washing cleans concrete, siding, roofs, decks and fences across the Oklahoma City metro. Estimates are free, and if a surface doesn't need the work yet, we'll tell you that instead of selling you on it.
Most of a property can be cleaned with water, the right nozzle and the right amount of pressure. The trick is knowing which surface needs which.
Oil spots, tire marks and the grey-green film that shows up every spring. Driveways, garage floors and curbs come back to the color they started as.
Soft washed at low pressure so vinyl, stucco and painted wood get clean without forcing water up behind the panels.
Those black streaks on a shingle roof are algae, not dirt. They come off with a low-pressure soft wash. A pressure washer belongs nowhere near shingles.
Brightened on the outside, cleared on the inside. Worth doing once the spring pollen and seed drop is finished.
Wood takes a lighter touch than concrete. We dial the pressure down to lift the grey off without fuzzing up the grain.
Mortar is softer than the brick around it. We clean at a pressure that lifts the grime and leaves the joints where they are.
Algae on a pool deck is a slip hazard before it's an eyesore. Same goes for a shaded north-facing patio.
The first concrete anyone sees. Quick to do, and the difference reads from the street.
Storefronts, entryways, dumpster pads and parking areas. We can work before open or after close so nothing gets in the way of business.
Some jobs need more than water and pressure. These get quoted alongside the main service.

What's correct for a concrete driveway will destroy cedar siding and shred a shingle roof, and knowing the difference is most of this job.
Commercial machines and a proper surface cleaner, not a rental unit. Faster, more even, and no wand stripes left across your concrete.
We look at the property, tell you what it needs, and give you a number before anything starts, at no charge for the visit.
Reach us at 405-240-7848 or fill out the estimate form. A rough description and a photo or two is plenty to start with.
We come out, walk the property with you, and give you a firm price for the work, with no obligation to book.
Pick a day that suits you. We handle setup and cleanup, and we walk the finished job with you before we pack up.
Same slab of concrete, one pass of the surface cleaner apart.
Concrete doesn't go grey-green because it's old. It goes grey-green because algae and mildew have had a few years to settle into the surface, and Oklahoma humidity is generous about it.
A surface cleaner lifts that off in a single even pass. No wand stripes, no arcs, no patchy spots where somebody got bored halfway across.
We're based in the Oklahoma City metro and work across it. If you're a little outside this list, ask anyway. Most of the time we can make it work.
It depends on square footage, the surface, and how long it's been. A single driveway and a two-story house with siding, gutters and a deck are very different jobs. We give you a firm price after looking at the property, and that's the number you pay.
It can, if someone points a high-pressure wand at either one. That's why siding and roofs get soft washed instead, using low pressure plus a cleaning solution that does the work chemically. High pressure is for concrete, brick and stone.
Yes, we connect to an outdoor spigot. If yours isn't working or the house doesn't have one, mention it when you book and we'll plan around it.
Not usually. As long as we can reach a spigot and get to the areas being cleaned, you're free to go about your day. We'll send photos when it's finished if you'd rather see it that way.
Once a year suits most Oklahoma homes. Anything shaded, north-facing or sitting under trees will green up faster and may want a wash more often, though roofs run on a longer cycle than concrete.
Yes — storefronts, entryways, dumpster pads, drive-thrus and parking areas. We can schedule before opening or after closing so it doesn't interrupt anything.
Landscaping gets rinsed down before and after anything is applied near it, and we cover what needs covering, so tell us about anything delicate when we walk the property.
